WebDec 6, 2024 · I had been initially diagnosed with diverticulitis and treated with flagyl and cipro . I just got worse 12 to 14 bowel movements a day. I lost 22 pounds in2 months. I was later diagnosed with cdiff and treated with vancomycin. I start to get better then a relapse. I guess my question is has anyone gotten better without relapse on vancomycin.
