But I have already this elder scroll in my inventory. Someone nows how to complete the quest with a command ? (sorry if there are mistakes, I'm not english.)

Dawnguard will be in the list if it is downloaded to your console. For an in-game solution, you can just travel to Fort Dawnguard and see if it's there.
